Job Description :

The role of a Fusion HCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant involves working closely with clients to implement and configure Payroll elements for US and Canada regions. This position requires strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes and element setup.

The consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in North America Taxation, including developing fast formulas for payroll elements, collaborating with the team on regression testing of RICE components, and troubleshooting issues.

Key responsibilities also include documenting functional requirements and specifications.

This is a Full-Time Remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
