Job Description :

We are looking for a RPA Manager with proven expertise in UiPath to design, develop,

and maintain automation solutions. The ideal candidate should hold a UiPath Advanced

Developer certification (UiARD) and bring hands-on experience in building scalable and

efficient RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio and manage

deployments through UiPath Orchestrator.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements

    • and deliver automation solutions.

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Document automation solutions, test cases, and maintain proper version control.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes.

  • Support and maintain bots in production environments.
  • Explore opportunities for process improvement and identify automation feasibility.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • UiPath Advanced Developer certification (UiARD) – Mandatory.
  • 8-12 years of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath components – Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Activities, and

    • Libraries.

  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism,

    • Automation Anywhere) is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, or Python).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
