Job responsibilities :
- Achievement of sales & collection in an assigned territory.
- Technically understand the Customer’s requirements and provide solutions for NDT Products, adding value in terms of better performance & improved process efficacy.
- Provide Product Demonstration to customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive,
- Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting & foundries, and Heavy Fabrication, etc. & help customers appreciate the true value of ZChem Products, resulting in business generation.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and assess industry trends that impact growth strategies.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and partners, initiating contact, and building strong business relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance the business by preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and client relationships
- . Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and execute business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze sales and market data to generate insights and recommendations for improving business development efforts and achieving targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support and execute business strategies
- Participate in client meetings and industry events to represent the company, understand client needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to the business development process.
