Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join the ogGPT project — a customized GPT-based AI Assistant and Agent Platform developed for Germany’s largest retail group

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Monitoring & Stability : Ensure seamless functionality of the ogGPT platform through continuous monitoring and timely issue resolution.
  • Agent Platform Development : Contribute to the evolution of ogGPT into a scalable, intelligent agent platform.
  • AI Feature Integration : Develop and embed advanced AI features to expand platform versatility and user value.
  • API Design & Implementation : Architect and implement APIs enabling smooth communication across ogGPT modules.
  • New Feature Development : Design, develop, and deploy new platform features enhancing performance and user experience.
  • Database Management & Data Analysis : Design and manage database structures; conduct data-driven analyses for improved efficiency.
  • LLM Integration : Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable advanced agent capabilities within the platform.
  • Bug & Incident Resolution : Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Code Optimization : Refactor and optimize code for scalability, maintainability, and robustness.
  • Data Science Application : Apply data science methodologies to support intelligent feature development and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python .
  • Proven ability to work with complex IT systems and distributed architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with :
  • LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
  • Hugging Face ecosystem
  • Sentence-Transformers
  • Azure OpenAI and Google Gemini
  • Strong understanding of API development , database design , and cloud-based AI integration .
