Job Title : Learning and Development Digital learning :

Your Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives within People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include :

Learning and Development :

• Conduct learning needs analysis, persona development, and curriculum design to shape learner journeys aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement learning strategies using proven instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• Develop and deliver virtual / digital modules for system implementation, application simulations, and capability development via virtual / classroom or blended formats.
• Execute L&D projects using VILTs, WBTs, guided tours, job aids, animated videos, and other formats.
• Plan and operationalize learning programs, ensuring policy compliance and a positive learner experience.
• Manage training deployment, logistics, and post-course sustainment, including knowledge assessments and participant feedback.
• Champion AI-powered learning, microlearning, and personalized digital journeys.
• Apply critical thinking to analyse data and recommend solutions to complex problems.
• Use project and program management skills to organize, track, and deliver multiple tasks and initiatives.
• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems.
• Apply project and program management experience : organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks / projects on track.
