Job description
- With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Manager - Operations to collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. You will be responsible for setting strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity, maximizing efficiency through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. You will be required to work with the project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.

Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiativesPlan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasksDevise strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costsWorking knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metricsEvaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvementsOversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfactionQualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, MBA an assetA minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar management roleA minimum of 3-5 years experience in an OM role managing a team of 75 people or moreManaged multiple projects at the same timeHands-on experience in setting and managing budgetsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Google SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience applying Lean and Agile methodologies and tools in a service environmentPrevious experience successfully implementing new tools and technologiesKey Skills
