Job Description :

  • Sales Target Achievement :
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly growth and sales targets by overseeing and optimizing their performance.
  • Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis.
  • Team Management & Development :
  • Manage the recruitment process for the sales team, ensuring the selection of competent team members.
  • Set clear objectives , provide coaching , and closely monitor performance to help team members succeed.
  • Foster strong and long-lasting customer relationships to enhance referral business for the sales team.
  • Sales Leadership :
  • Motivate and lead by example, ensuring the team understands and aligns with company goals.
  • Training and mentoring the team to improve sales skills , product knowledge, and performance in all areas of the sales process.
  • Experience & Performance :
  • A successful track record in sales , with experience meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role as a sales representative or sales manager .
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the timeshare industry and its dynamics.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring :
  • Provide regular reports on team performance, progress towards targets, and future action plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to review performance, share updates, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
