Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for

Oracle ERP and EBS modules

(Finance, SCM, HRMS, Procurement, etc.).

Configure and implement Oracle ERP / EBS applications to meet business objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle solutions.

Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and coordinate with QA teams for successful rollouts.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in

Oracle ERP / EBS applications .

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and patch testing.

Prepare detailed functional documentation including BRDs, MD50s, test cases, and user training materials.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience

as an Oracle Functional Consultant / Engineer.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

and

Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud or On-Premise)

modules.

Expertise in module configurations, setups, and business process mapping.

Strong functional documentation and testing skills.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

SQL / PLSQL

for data validation.

Experience in

Agile methodology

and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
