The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled software engineer with front-end expertise and a product-oriented mindset to take us to the next level. This role involves working on scalable front-end architectures, building integrated products and constantly raising the bar for the team. If you have a bias for action, love solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performance systems.
• Participate in, or lead code and design reviews and contribute to architecture-level reviews on our front-end code base.
• Develop and implement coding and design review guidelines to improve code quality and consistency across the team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leaders across multiple organizations to drive impactful engineering outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers, share best practices, and elevate collective expertise. Set and maintain a high standard for operational excellence.
• Take ownership of improving our front-end architecture across different pillars like performance, bundle size, lazy loading etc.
