Key Responsibilities :
- Formulation Development :
- Design and develop innovative formulations for skincare, haircare, and personal care products such as lotions, face washes, shampoos, conditioners, creams, and serums.
- Modify existing formulations to improve performance, cost-effectiveness, or regulatory compliance.
- Stability & Compatibility Testing :
- Conduct physical and chemical stability studies.
- Analyze and interpret data to determine shelf life and compatibility with packaging materials.
- Raw Material Evaluation :
- Evaluate and qualify new raw materials from suppliers.
- Maintain documentation for raw material specs and safety profiles.
- Technology Transfer :
- Lead the technology transfer process from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring accurate documentation, process specifications, and production protocols.
- Collaborate closely with plant teams to address scale-up challenges and ensure smooth commercialization.
- Regulatory & Documentation :
- Prepare product dossiers, ingredient lists, and compliance documentation as per FDA, BIS, EU, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory and QA teams for product approvals.
- Cross-functional Coordination :
- Work closely with marketing, packaging, QA, and procurement teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely development and delivery of new products.
