  • Understand Theron’s hiring process, clients, and technical roles.
  • Pick up active domestic requirements and start sourcing immediately.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Achieve 1–2 closures in the first month.
  • Show speed, consistency, and hands-on recruitment capability.

📅 60 Days – Full Ownership + Performance Stability

  • Independently handle 8–10 active mandates at a time.
  • Improve quality, submission-to-interview ratios, and TAT.
  • Start mentoring juniors (if applicable).
  • Build strong rapport with candidates and internal teams.
  • Cumulative 3–5 closures by Day 60.
