UAC is hiring for Padel House - Lifestyle Padel Club

About Us : Padel House is a lifestyle-first padel club that redefines the sporting experience by combining premium facilities, wellness, and community-driven events. More than just a venue to play, it is a destination where sport meets social interaction, fitness meets leisure, and exclusivity meets accessibility.

Founded by entrepreneur Nitin Mathur and designer Anubhav Dayal , Padel House offers a seamless blend of sport, leisure, and luxury, inspired by global successes in the U.S., Dubai, and Europe. With world-class courts, a wellness centre, café and lounge, studio space, pro shop, and curated services such as ball boys and concierge, every detail reflects sophistication, comfort, and a strong sense of community.

Location : Chattarpur, Delhi

Working Model : Onsite

Days : Tuesday to Sunday

Timings : Flexible / Timings to be assigned based on operational requirements

Budget : 25 to 30k (depending on experience)

Experience : 1+ year

About the Role : We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression for our members and guests. You’ll manage front desk operations, bookings, and payments while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. The role calls for someone energetic, organized, and customer-focused. A knack for communication and sales will make you stand out.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote memberships, packages, and café or wellness offerings to enhance member engagement.
  • Coordinate communication between the front desk, site manager, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy, and inviting front desk environment.
  • Support events and on-site activities as needed to enhance member experience.

Requirements :

  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and confident demeanor.
  • Prior sales or upselling experience is a plus.
  • Energetic, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable using booking and payment systems.
