Job Description : Banking & Finance Executive – Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing Industry)

Position Overview

The Banking & Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, coordinating with financial institutions, supporting treasury functions, ensuring smooth fund flow for manufacturing operations, and assisting the Finance & Accounts team in accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking Operations

• Handle daily banking transactions including NEFT / RTGS / IMPS payments, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit bank documentation such as BGs (Bank Guarantees), FDs, LC (Letter of Credit), and bill discounting.
• Maintain relationships with banks for operational requirements, loan processing, and rate negotiations.
• Manage cash flow and fund allocations across different bank accounts.
• Monitor bank balances daily and coordinate inter-bank transfers.
