Have to conduct initial phone screenings and review Resumes with candidates.

Identify relevant and qualified candidates through the screening process.

Ensure the screened qualified potential candidates turn up for an interview.

Coordinated and scheduled interviews , Manage and organize smooth interviews for candidates.

Get selected and join accordingly.

Work closely with hiring managers (Clients) to understand their needs.

Source and expand our candidate pool through online platforms and networking
