Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support for the Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
- Conduct requirement workshops , analyze current performance processes, and recommend system-based solutions.
- Configure Goal Plans , Performance Templates , Competency Frameworks , and Calibration Settings .
- Manage goal alignment , goal libraries , and cascading goals .
- Integrate PMGM module with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop and execute test scripts , perform UAT , and handle post-go-live support and maintenance .
- Customize form templates , rating scales , and route maps as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize the performance review cycle and goal-setting process .
- Support release management , testing, and deployment of quarterly SuccessFactors updates.
- Prepare functional specifications , configuration workbooks , and training materials .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of total experience, with minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals .In-depth knowledge of :Performance Form Template configurationGoal Plan TemplatesCompetency LibrariesRoute Maps & Rating ScalesCalibration setupHands-on experience with XML template management for PMGM.Understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Employee Central Integration .Strong communication and analytical skills with experience in client-facing roles.SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (preferred or mandatory depending on client).
