Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role. Proven expertise in ITSM and at least one additional module : ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal . Experience designing and implementing CMDB models and discovery / inventory processes . Hands-on with ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP, web services, API orchestration). Experience in domain separation, multi-instance management, and performance optimization . Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery and DevOps CI / CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement ServiceNow architecture , including platform governance, data model design, integrations, and automation.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee platform upgrades , migrations, and version management.
- Define and enforce best practices for development, scripting, and platform usage.
- Drive integration architecture using APIs, MID servers, and external tools .
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning , and ensure platform security and compliance.
- Guide and mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and technical standards.
