Role Overview
The Change Manager will drive organizational, business, and process change initiatives within the banking domain. The role requires strong experience in business-side project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communication planning, and impact analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies and approaches aligned with program and organizational goals.
- Participate early in solution and design discussions to assess business impacts.
- Identify impacted stakeholders and maintain end-to-end visibility of change activities.
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), quantify impacts, propose mitigations, and present findings.
- Prepare and manage Business Readiness Plans (BRP) to ensure smooth adoption.
- Build communication plans and deliver clear, accurate, and engaging communication materials.
- Identify training needs; coordinate and deliver training for impacted teams.
- Support business teams with data and insights needed to manage and adopt changes effectively.
- Serve as a change champion throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance and represent the program in governance forums.
- Continuously improve change frameworks aligned with agile and modern delivery practices.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Hands-on involvement in multiple phases of the project lifecycle.Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile / Iterative delivery models.Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.Take ownership of tasks, issues, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.People & Team Collaboration
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage small groups if required.Encourage standardization and best practices across the change & delivery community.
