II. Job Responsibilities
(I) Service Team Management
1. Responsible for building and managing the wind power project service team in the Indian region, formulating recruitment, training, assessment, and incentive plans for team members to ensure team stability and that professional capabilities meet project requirements.
2. Reasonably assign work tasks to the team, clarify work objectives and timelines, supervise work progress and quality, promptly resolve problems encountered by the team in work, and improve the overall service efficiency of the team and customer satisfaction.
(II) Wind Power Project Service Operation
1. Lead the after-sales service work of wind power projects in the Indian region, including daily maintenance, fault repair, and spare parts management of wind turbines, to ensure the stable operation of wind turbines and reduce equipment downtime.
2. Formulate wind power project service plans and emergency response plans. In case of sudden equipment failures, quickly organize the team to respond, coordinate internal and external resources (such as spare parts supply and technical support), ensure timely fault repair, and minimize project losses.
3. Regularly collect and analyze service data of wind power projects, including equipment operation parameters, maintenance costs, and service response time, form service reports, and provide data support for project optimization and decision-making.
(III) Customer Relationship Maintenance and Communication
1. Act as the main contact person for local clients in India (such as wind power project developers and owners), conduct regular client visits, understand customer needs and feedback, solve problems encountered by customers during the service process, and maintain good customer relationships.
2. Communicate with international teams (such as the headquarters technical team and global spare parts center) in both Chinese and English, promptly convey customer needs, project service progress, and technical issues, and ensure smooth information flow between internal and external parties.
3. Participate in customer contract negotiations and service agreement signing processes, clarify service scope, charging standards, and service commitments, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company and customers.
(IV) Cost and Risk Management
1. Formulate the service cost budget for wind power projects in the Indian region, strictly control cost expenditures in the service process (such as labor, spare parts, and travel costs), and ensure that service costs are within the budget.
2. Identify potential risks in the wind power project service process (such as equipment technical risks, personnel safety risks, and policy compliance risks), formulate risk response measures, and reduce the probability and impact of risks.
3. Ensure that team members strictly abide by local laws and regulations in India, industry standards, and company rules and regulations, especially in terms of safe operation and environmental protection, to avoid violations.
III. Job Qualifications
(I) Education and Major
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Wind Energy and Power Engineering, or other related majors.
2. Candidates with a master's degree in related majors are preferred.
(II) Work Experience
1. At least 5 years of working experience in the wind power industry, including at least 3 years of experience in wind power project service management.
2. Candidates with work experience in the Indian wind power market or familiarity with India's wind power industry policies and market environment are preferred.
3. Candidates with practical experience in wind turbine maintenance, repair, and spare parts management, and familiarity with the technical principles and service processes of mainstream wind turbines (such as Goldwind, Mingyang, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, etc.) are preferred.
(III) Language Proficiency
1. Chinese : Native-level proficiency, with excellent Chinese written and oral expression skills, capable of proficiently writing service reports, plans, and various business documents.
2. English : Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating with international teams in business and technical exchanges without obstacles, and able to independently read and write English contracts and reports.
(IV) Professional Skills and Abilities
1. Possess solid professional technical knowledge in wind power, capable of quickly solving common faults and service problems of wind turbines.
2. Have excellent team management skills, able to effectively motivate team members and improve team cohesion and execution.
3. Possess strong customer communication and negotiation skills, able to accurately grasp customer needs and properly handle customer complaints and disputes.
4. Have good cost control awareness and risk awareness, able to reasonably plan service costs and effectively respond to various service risks.
5. Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and wind power project management-related software (such as ERP, CRM systems).
(V) Personal Qualities
1. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, able to adapt to long-term business trips and a high-intensity work rhythm in India.
2. Have good cross-cultural communication skills, respect local cultural customs in India, and be able to quickly integrate into the local working environment.
3. Have a proactive work attitude and innovative spirit, able to continuously optimize service processes and improve service quality.
4. Hold a valid passport, have no restrictions on Indian visa applications, and be willing to work in India on a long-term permanent basis.
