As a Data Science Leader, you’ll spearhead high-impact modeling and ML initiatives, mentor a talented team of data scientists, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to convert data into business value. Expect a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on model development, experimentation, and innovation.

What You’ll Drive :

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists across agile pods
• Build predictive models using ML / AI techniques (Python / R)
• Engineer scalable, interpretable, production-ready models
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities & deliver insights
• Explore large datasets to unlock deep business intelligence
• Advance best practices in analytics, modeling, and experimentation
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay ahead of the curve on ML, AI, big data & cloud innovations

You Bring :

• 5+ years in applied data science
• Strong ML / AI expertise with Python / R
• SQL fluency and solid statistical foundations
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration & problem solving
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to innovate and experiment
• Digital Twin, Production / Capacity Optimization

Great to Have :

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Prior leadership experience
• Exposure to Snowflake, Spark, Azure
• Experience with Agile teams
• Advanced modeling techniques (DOE, ANOVA, optimization, simulation)
