We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our growing CRM team. If you're passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds—this role is for you.

As a Sr. Developer, you'll design and develop custom components, drive performance improvements, and integrate third-party platforms. You'll work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and maintainable deployments.

Key Skills

Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Solid knowledge of Aura Components, Flow Builder, and transition to flow-first architecture.
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
Skilled in SOQL / SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, and dynamic Apex.
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and version control (Git).
Proficient in declarative tools (Validation Rules, Approval Processes).

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions across various clouds.

Build and maintain reusable components using LWC and Apex.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.

Ensure code quality using tools like PMD and follow best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.

Maintain and improve data security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

Contribute to DevOps practices for deployment and version control.

Continuously update skills with new Salesforce features and releases.
