About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Senior Video Editor who understands the social media editing landscape. You'll transform our fitness and women's health content from scroll-past to stop-scroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit fixed number videos per month for Instagram & Youtube.
- Restructure raw footage for maximum retention (70%+ at 30 seconds)
- Find hooks where others see nothing
- Create graphics and animations that tell stories, not just decorate
- Test, iterate, and scale what works
