Role Overview :
We are seeking an nCino Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of transformative, enterprise-scale nCino solutions for global banking clients. You will be the technical authority, modernizing legacy lending and deposit systems, ensuring seamless integration, and driving architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design : Architect end-to-end technical blueprints for key nCino modules (Commercial / Retail Lending, Deposit Account Opening, Collateral Management, Credit & Risk).
- Integration Leadership : Design and govern real-time integrations with core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry), credit bureaus, KYC / AML providers, and other financial ecosystems using APIs and middleware (MuleSoft).
- Technical Execution : Hands-on configuration, customization, and development using Apex, LWC, and Flows, enforcing best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Governance & Collaboration : Lead technical governance, code reviews, and mentor development teams. Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives on platform strategy and Agile delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a hands-on nCino / Salesforce Architect within the banking / financial services industry.Proven experience configuring and architecting solutions for at least 4 nCino modules (e.g., Lending, DAO, Collateral).Technical Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Data Model, Flows) and integration technologies (REST / SOAP APIs, ETL, ESBs).Deep Domain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the bank loan lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, SOX, GDPR).Certifications : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect is highly preferred. nCino Advanced Professional certifications are a strong plus.Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Experience with nCino IQ for AI-driven underwriting.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) for nCio deployments.Familiarity with US and EMEA banking compliance requirements.
