Experience in defining data models for HR entities (Employee, Position, Department, Leave, Performance…). Experience defining and managing Power Platform environments, governance, and licensing models.

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including :
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, process automation)
- Dataverse (data model design, relationships, security roles)
