🕕 Shift : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM IST

Should be comfortable travelling to office everyday on own vehicle / Rapido / Uber or shift to near walkable distance PGs / Hostel / Flatmates on own.

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the successful execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts to identify and address potential risks or opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and project statuses.
• Handle client escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience.
