Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Secretarial Audits as per Section 204 of the Companies Act.
• Prepare Secretarial Audit Reports (Form MR-3).
• Review statutory records, registers, minutes, and filings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading, and Takeover Regulations.
• Track and implement regulatory changes.
• Draft disclosures, compliance reports, and support governance practices.
• Coordinate with stock exchanges, ROC, and SEBI for filings.
