Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

1. Content Creation & Writing

Research and write scripts, social media captions, and articles in Marathi and / or English.

Translate ideas or briefs into culturally relevant content for Marathi audiences.

2. Anchoring & Presentation

Appear on-camera for vox pops, interviews, and anchored video segments.

Assist with script rehearsals, voiceovers, and live / recorded video shoots.

3. Research & Analysis

Track trending news, social issues, cultural topics, and youth opinions in Maharashtra.

Support in preparing briefs and background notes for upcoming content pieces.

4. Community Engagement

Interact with followers, manage basic community inputs, and highlight UGC trends.

Participate in mood-based campaigns and challenges.

5. Project & Content Management

Support the content team in coordinating shoots, managing timelines, and uploading content.

Assist in creating structured plans for YouTube, Instagram, and UGC contributions.

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong communication and

anchoring skills

Writing fluency in

Marathi

(must) and English (preferred)

Basic understanding of

digital content trends

, memes, short videos, reels

Research-oriented mindset with strong observation of current affairs & social trends

Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter

Skills in content planning and

basic project management

Pursuing or holding a degree in

Media / Journalism / Mass Communication / Marketing

or related field

Bonus : Experience with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN Editor) or handling social media accounts
