Wireless LAN Controller, Aruba SDWAN, HPE ClearPass

Network technician who supports store network infrastructure for retail customers across globe.

Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, firewall, access point and Data center network devices

Experience in any (Cisco, Aruba) Wireless Access point and Wireless LAN controller, Site Survey

Experience in IP Address Management tools like Blue cat / Solar Winds / Windows

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi related issues (added advantage- Knowledge on wireless cloud infrastructure)

Handling Authentication servers. AAA, Radius, Tacacs

Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
