IT Recruiter (onsite role)

Location : Bhubaneswar Odisha, India-

Day Shift

Budget : 20K per Month

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet business requirements efficiently and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Support onboarding activities as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
