Oracle Cloud Admin - OCI & OIC

Mandatory Experience -

• Should have hands on experience on Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) - creating, updating and terminating OIC instances from OCI Console. Restoring OIC instances from backup.
• Should have worked on  VBCS  (mandatory – should be part of candidate's CV with description and timeline)
• Should have experience on Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Database & DBS Data Base
• Experience on SSO (Single Sign-On)
• API Gateway experience preferable

JD for Oracle Cloud Admin

Manage & maintain OCI users and resources, overseeing compute, storage, and networking components.

2. Monitor OCI performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

3. Implement & enforce governance policies & controls to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

4. Configure and Manage OCI Compartments and Provisioning services like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and DBaaS across Availability and Fault Domains

5. Configure and manage OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) to control access and permissions.

6. Implement security best practices, including data encryption, network security, & regular security audits.

7. Integrate OCI with other systems and tools to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.

8. Develop KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards

9. Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.

10. View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching / critical updates / downtime.

11. Configure and manage OCI / OIC logging and auditing mechanisms for comprehensive system tracking.

12. Participate in the development and implementation of new OCI features and enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.

13. Function as the primary point of contact and Collaborate with Oracle support to address and resolve OCI / OIC-related technical issues.

14. Partner with Security, Network, Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution.

15. Maintain accurate and up to date OCI documentation and architecture diagrams.

16. Design and Maintains business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
