Footwear Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Footwear Designer located in Ringas. The Footwear Designer will be responsible for designing and developing footwear products, creating technical drawing, product design, industrial design, mood boards, and managing the product development process.

Responsibilities :

• Create innovative footwear design concepts.
• Work with Design Management, Development, and Marketing personnel to collaborate on Design projects to maximize effectiveness and build products to target cost
• Understanding of fashion trends and directions through travel, shopping the markets, Trade shows and researching the competition.
• Build and present seasonal product strategies and trend boards
• Constant interaction with Merchandisers on all aspects of product line plans, briefs, color palettes, pricing, themes, graphics, and strategies.
• Work closely with the founders on schedules and adhere to the product calendar, ensuring development projects are on track.
• Working with developers / materials team to coordinate and develop new materials, constructions, processes, and procedures.
• Responsible for getting prototypes and samples executed to reflect the concept and design you created.
