Job descriptionInterior design planning with a strong understanding of space utilization Creating high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renders Collaborating on detailed construction drawings Curating and coordinating FF&E selections Working closely with the design team to meet project goals and timelines Converting client ideas into compelling 3D visual concepts SketchUp (Advanced – 3D Modeling) D5 Render (Well Experienced) Enscape Lumion NO 3Ds Max Strong expertise in Interior Design & Space Planning Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings Understanding of architectural concepts and detailing Experience with FF&E selection and material coordination High attention to detail, creativity, and strong visualization skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture , or a related field Previous experience in interior design and 3D visualization preferred
