Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Home Automation Experience Store . This role involves managing store operations driving sales and building strong relationships with architects interior designers and electricians to promote our smart-home solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations ensuring top-quality product display and customer experience.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations of home automation solutions to walk-in customers.
Build and maintain professional relationships with architects interior designers and electricians to generate business leads and collaborations.
Organize store events workshops and presentations for industry professionals.
Drive sales targets through effective customer and partner engagement.
Supervise and train store staff for excellent service delivery.
Handle inventory stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Address customer queries feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare regular reports on sales footfall and partner outreach.
Requirements
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or background in electronics / automation preferred.
3 5 years of experience in retail store management or B2B sales (preferably in electronics lighting or smart-home industry).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to customers and professionals.
Knowledge of home automation or electrical products is an advantage.
