This role will serve as an integral catalyst in driving the organization's growth journey. The position requires close collaboration with mid and senior leadership to shape both organic and inorganic strategy, drive internal transformation initiatives, and catalyze organizational change over the short to medium term.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Growth :
- Partner with leadership to define and execute short- to medium-term growth strategies-both organic and inorganic.
- Identify and evaluate domestic and international inorganic growth opportunities.
- Support M&A transactions and lead a robust Post-Merger Integration (PMI) process.
Project & Execution Management -
Drive execution of critical internal initiatives that cut across business functions.Define project charters, milestones, and KPIs; ensure timely tracking and delivery of outcomes.Establish governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and progress reporting for key strategic initiatives.Stakeholder & Consultant Management :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Manage engagements with external consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth knowledge transfer.Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure buy-in and effective change management.Team Leadership & Capability Building :
