Job description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for our Cattle Feed Division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the cattle feed market. This role involves managing a team, developing strategies, and driving sales growth across the assigned area.

Location : Bathinda | Jaipur | Patiala | Gurdaspur | Ludhiana

Experience : 6 - 10 years

Salary : 4 - 6 l

Professionals from Feed, Fertilizer, Insecticide & Pesticide industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the cattle feed division.
Manage and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills and Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or cattle feed industry.

Strong understanding of cattle nutrition and feed products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
