Job Title : Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Location : Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Duration : 6-Month Traineeship

Time - Rotational shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients’ online reputation.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
  • Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
