Process Engineer / Process Integration Engineer / Yield Engineer – Fab Data Analysis & Engineering Services

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing through data-driven engineering solutions. This role focuses on analyzing fab data, improving yield, and enabling faster technology ramps using statistical and AI / ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform in-depth analysis of electrical test, inline metrology, SPC / FDC, and defect data to identify yield limiters and process drifts.
• Support engineering activities such as tool qualification, wafer-start ramp-up, and technology enablement.
• Apply AI / ML models for predictive monitoring, excursion detection, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with fab engineering teams for real-time issue resolution and lot disposition.
• Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for decision-making on yield improvement and process changes.
