Experience Required : 8+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using the Ui Path platform.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Ui Path Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPA development, process analysis, and delivering scalable automation projects that integrate seamlessly into business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality RPA solutions using Ui Path.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Build process workflows in Ui Path Studio based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure and business systems.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain bots in production environments to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Document automation solutions, including technical design, architecture, and user guides for maintainability.
  • Stay updated with emerging RPA tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Primary Skills :

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Ui Path Studio, Orchestrator, Reframe work, and Robots.
  • Proven experience automating workflows across multiple platforms : SAP, Excel, SQL Server, Web applications (including JavaScript-heavy sites), and financial / bank reconciliation processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and issue-resolution skills across development, testing, and production.
  • Proficiency in API integration (REST / SOAP) using UiPath.
  • Perform SQL queries and database operations for data validation, extraction, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e., Storage, Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

    • Good to Have :

  • Programming knowledge in VB. NET, C#, or Python.
  • Experience leveraging AI / ML capabilities to enhance automation workflows.
