Role : SAP Account Manager

Experience Required : 6–12 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage SAP client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee delivery across SAP cross-functional modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
• Drive client engagement, handle escalations, and ensure service excellence.
• Utilize JIRA and agile methodologies to manage tasks and progress tracking.
• Act as a Scrum Master , facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with SAP solution delivery.

Required Skills :

Location : Onsite at Hitech City, Hyderabad (no remote option).
