About the Role

Narwal is looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM). Join a fast-growing team driving digital transformation and cybersecurity innovation for a leading healthcare technology services organization. The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on ServiceNow and Azure.

As the Technical Program Manager (TPM), you’ll play a central role in orchestrating this initiative—bridging business, engineering, and QA teams to deliver measurable impact. You’ll oversee a blended global delivery model, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent progress across agile teams.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or large-scale product initiatives.
  • Proven track record in Agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong ability to translate technical execution into business value, with clear status reporting and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience working with engineering and QA teams, including offshore delivery models.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and data integration practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working directly with executives, technical leaders, and business owners.
  • PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.
