Roles & Responsibilities :

Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Create and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and

deliverables.

Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact the timeline

or budget.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure

everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations.

Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as meeting agendas, minutes,

and status reports.

Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget.

Assist in resource allocation and management, including assigning tasks and

coordinating with team members.

Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address

any concerns or questions.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance

project efficiency.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications : Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.

Industry of Work Experience : 12 -15 years of experience in architecture and design.

Language Requirements : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical and Hard Skills : Strong understanding of software architecture principles

and patterns, experience with REVIT is must .

Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to

work collaboratively in a team environment.

Personal Qualities : Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask

and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
