Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team; guide in code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance and maintainability.
• Manage the end-to-end SDLC — from planning and design to deployment and support.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum processes — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI / CD and release processes.
