reels, explainer videos, digital ads, or kinetic typography, your craft will turn visual ideas into

dynamic experiences.

The Impact You’ll Drive

Design and animate assets for social videos, product explainers, reels, stories, and brand content
Collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life using motion
Adapt and animate static designs into engaging visuals for digital platforms
Ensure delivery of high-quality, platform-optimized animations on time
Explore GenAI-powered video tools to speed up motion workflows

The Skills That Seal the Deal

3–4 years of experience in motion design or visual communication

Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Blender or 3D tools is a bonus

Familiarity with GenAI tools like Runway, Veo 3, Synthesia, GPT-4o, Adobe Firefly

A reel / portfolio that shows creativity, rhythm, and brand understanding

A keen sense of timing, storytelling, and visual experimentation
