Java FullStack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java

(Spring Boot) and Angular to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate

will possess strong leadership abilities, deep hands-on coding experience, and a passion for

architecting scalable enterprise applications. You will be responsible for setting technical

direction and delivering robust solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java and

Angular.

Drive technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in coding, design,

and architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software

on time.

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for enterprise-grade systems.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and proactively identify technical risks and

opportunities.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present technical solutions in a clear and

confident manner.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose the adoption of relevant innovations.

Required Skills & Experience :

10+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise-level applications. Experience in

Kotlin is a plus.

Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Strong hands-on experience with Angular 12+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RxJS.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Proven track record of leading development teams and managing software delivery.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Contributions to open-source or personal tech projects are a plus.
