About Suarin
Suarin is a young, design-led brand that manufactures and retails custom scented candles , crafted to bring light, love, and serenity into everyday spaces.
We are starting in Erode and will gradually expand into a full range of candles and wax-based products , selling both directly to consumers and through retail partners .
This is a founding hire . You'll be the first salesperson for Suarin in India and work closely with the founder (based in Australia) to build our sales engine from the ground up.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Sales Executive who can :
- Start selling Suarin's custom scented candles
- Open doors with gift shops, home décor stores, boutiques, event planners, and corporate buyers
- Build repeat customers and a strong early brand presence for Suarin
- Grow into a Sales Manager and help hire & train additional sales reps as we expand

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through local networks, field visits, events, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social mediaPitch Suarin's products to retailers, resellers, event planners, and end customersHandle the full sales cycle : lead → meeting / demo → follow-up → close → repeat ordersAchieve and exceed monthly sales targetsMaintain simple, accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions (Excel / Google Sheets / basic CRM)Collect feedback on fragrances, packaging, pricing, and share insights with the founderSupport branding and promotion activities (pop-ups, stalls, exhibitions, festive campaigns)Over time, help recruit, onboard, and coach junior sales reps as the team growsWho You Are
1–4 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / channel salesExperience in FMCG, home & lifestyle, gifting, décor, or other consumer products is a strong plusStrong communication skills in Tamil and basic EnglishComfortable with field work, meeting new people, and building long-term relationshipsTarget-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervisionBasic smartphone and Excel / Google Sheets skillsHonest, reliable, and excited by the idea of growing from founding sales rep to Sales Manager in the next 1–2 yearsWhat Suarin Offers

Fixed salary (first 6 months) : ₹18,000 per month
Mid-year salary review (after 6 months) : Fixed salary increased to ₹20,000 per month (in hand) based on performance and continuity
Sales commission (base + commission model) :
Monthly commission on billed sales, with a higher percentage for exceeding targetsRealistic earning potential of ₹4,000–₹6,000+ per month in commission for hitting and exceeding targetsAllowances : Travel and mobile reimbursement / allowance as per company policy
