Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Specify, design, and configure decision management strategies
  • Support the definition and assessment of next-best-action strategy requirements
  • Perform impact analysis on new requirements
  • Translate requirements into strategies
  • Implement content and rules into NBA strategies
  • Support testing, QA, and business simulation
  • Support NBA reporting, monitoring and control
  • Manage Proposition / Offer matrix.
  • Design and manage adaptive and predictive models.
  • Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead.
  • Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.
  • Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.
  • Act as a mentor to junior resources

Preferred candidate profile

  • A hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in client organizations on all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • A quick learner with excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with designing and / or implementing Marketing and Decisioning software (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Tealium, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications is a plus.
  • Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.

    • Must have Qualifications :

  • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant for V8.x OR Pega CSSA V8.x
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands on experience in Pega v8.0 and above and Pega CDH
