SAP CPI / BTP

Role : Lead SAP CPI / BTP Consultant

Exp : - 9+

Time : 2PM to 11PM

Specific Duties and Responsibilities : -

Lead end-to-end integration projects using SAP CPI / BTP and PI / PO, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Own integration architecture and design, aligning solutions with enterprise IT strategy and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration team, including design reviews, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, bridging business requirements and technical delivery.

Drive innovation and adoption of new integration technologies within the SAP ecosystem and beyond.

Oversee the development of custom interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and ensure compliance with performance and security standards.

Design and implement iFlows for integrating SAP Cloud products (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP C4C, SAP ERP, etc.).

Manage and optimize PI / PO monitoring, performance tuning, and architectural enhancements.

Lead integration efforts with third-party platforms (TIBCO, MuleSoft, WebMethods, etc.) as required.

Define and enforce governance models, documentation standards, and best practices for integration projects.

Ensure secure data communication between SAP ERP, SAP Cloud applications, and external systems.

Qualifications : -

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

8–12 years of SAP integration experience, with at least 4–5 years of hands-on CPI / BTP expertise.

Strong experience in SAP PI / PO with in-depth knowledge of monitoring, architecture, and custom developments.

Solid foundation in SAP ABAP technologies (ABAP Workbench, DDIC, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE / EDI, IDOCs, ALV, LSMW, BDCs, Smart Forms, SAP Script).

Proven experience in leading teams, managing offshore / onshore delivery models, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.

Experience in solutioning and estimation for integration projects.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while guiding junior team members.

Flexibility to work across time zones and willingness to travel as required.
