AI Visual Data Specialist – Digital Photography (Full-time)

We are seeking experts with a strong background in digital photography to evaluate and improve the quality of images produced by next-generation AI systems. Your knowledge of photography fundamentals such as composition, lighting, detail, and realism will play a crucial role in shaping how AI understands and creates visuals.

Compensation : Industry-best, aligned with skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

Review AI-generated images with a photographer’s eye for accuracy, realism, and aesthetics

Identify and report issues such as :

Anatomical distortions or unnatural proportions

Incorrect use of lighting, shadows, or perspective

Pixelation, artifacting, or poor rendering quality

Misrepresentation of cultural, symbolic, or stylistic elements

Provide structured feedback to guide research and engineering teams

Recommend improvements in image datasets, prompts, and evaluation frameworks

Collaborate with a global team advancing the future of visual AI

Who Should Apply?

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably in photography, visual arts, media, or related fields)

Strong digital photography skills with deep understanding of composition, exposure, lighting, and editing

Eye for detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in image quality

Familiarity with AI image generation tools is a plus (training will be provided)

Excellent written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently with evaluation frameworks and digital tools
