Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – Pacific Time)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our U.S.-based sales and delivery teams in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT recruiting and talent acquisition from sourcing to closing. A strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a remote, full-time position that requires working Pacific Time hours .

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing & Screening : Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
• Initial Interviews : Conduct detailed phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews with the U.S. sales and client teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
• Candidate Relationship Management : Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience and timely feedback.
• Hiring Process Support : Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring teams, and clients.
• Data & Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
