About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Visual Merchandiser

to enhance the visual presentation of our stores and ensure that product displays align with the company’s brand identity. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for stores.

Design attractive product displays to drive sales and highlight key promotions.

Ensure visual standards are consistent across all stores.

Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to align displays with campaigns and seasonal themes.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate displays and provide improvement suggestions.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor displays, and innovative merchandising techniques.

Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.

Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail trends.

Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.

Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to travel and visit multiple store locations if required.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
