Job Summary : This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, multitask, and contribute across multiple areas within our company. You will be a vital link between our firm and our valued clients — preparing reports, interacting with clients, and supporting senior planners while learning on the job.

Who Should Apply : CFP® professionals or those actively pursuing CFP certification, passionate about financial planning and client success.

Responsibility

  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial planning reports, analyses, and recommendations for clients.
  • Engage with clients directly to understand their financial goals, present reports, and answer queries, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Support senior planners by contributing across multiple functions essential to a growing practice (research, client onboarding, documentation).
  • Be a proactive team player willing to take on diverse tasks and assist in firm initiatives (workshops, financial literacy initiatives).
  • Continuously seek to expand your knowledge and skills through mentorship, training, and exposure to real client cases.

Requirement

  • Education : MBA in Finance (Required).
  • Certification : CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) — completed or actively pursuing is a significant advantage.
  • Expertise & Skills : Solid knowledge of capital markets and investment principles; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and presentation abilities.

    • Preferred

  • CFP® certification completed (preferred).
  • Pursuing CFP certification willing to do 1-year supervisory experience program.
  • Prior internship or exposure to financial planning / wealth management (preferred).

    • Salary Range : Based on experience and skillset.6lakhs / PA for freshers and 8lakhs / PA for experienced
